How do we know Art?
Art learned the eVSM software just a few years ago when he attended a training class we held in our office. Today, he is in the top 10 of our users worldwide! More importantly, he has been amazing in applying the software to improvement initiatives at small manufacturers throughout the state of Indiana. Today he serves as Director of Operations at Aero Industries. Art presented the use of eVSM as a “Best Practice” at a national conference in the United States in 2016. We are currently working with Art on lean tools to broaden eVSM into a full lean toolkit. 5S and Scheduling are up next. We really appreciate his advisory role to us.
Art's Background & Services
Art is the Director of Operations at Aero industries. Art has 19 years of manufacturing experience with companies such as Herff Jones and Best Lock Corporation (now owned by Stanley). His background includes experience as Plant Superintendent, Manufacturing Supervisor, Quality Manager, Lead Quality Auditor, Metrology Lead Technician and Inspector. He also has experience working as a supplier to mass market retailers, product design, international sourcing (primarily Asia, tool design/verification, contract negotiations and establishing quality standards).
