The automated migration to v10 (from v8 or v9) is pretty complete but not 100%. We recommend the following steps after migration:

Software products are delivered via ESD (electronic software delivery) only. Physical books are delivered through USPS.

All deliveries initiate AFTER payment is received.

Credit card payments for software purchases are automated, so delivery is immediately after credit card transaction is completed.
